Walker was born 1976 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is of African American heritage, and an American. She's her mother's daughter. Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother works as a real estate agent while her father works as an engineer. Walker completed her education in Germantown Friends School. Germantown Friends School (Germantown area) in Philadelphia, graduating in 1994. In 1998, she graduated with an undergraduate diploma at Harvard College. Welker is since the age of 20 to John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila have two kids. The couple began in 2014 having an affair with one other. John her husband is a year younger than her. Because their relationship was so well-established, they decided to take the next step. They married each other on the 4th of March 2017. The wedding took place at the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. In the Hyatt Hotel they had a big enormous wedding. A tiny group of friends and family members was invited.
