Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay's Brodie was born Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn MCKAY, educated in the Mormon First Family of the Church, used her literary talent and skills in researching to produce the intriguing biographical psycho-historical study of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945, under the name No Man is a Master of My History, she used both. The title comes from a funeral speech delivered by the founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844 when he startled the congregation with his words"You don't know me" and you've never known my heart. My past is not known to anyone. It's impossible for me to divulge it. Fawn has written the 29-year-old Fawn. Since that moment the three authors have taken on the challenge. Many have deified and even abused the man, and others attempt to identify the problem. It isn't the case that there's not enough documentation instead, they're completely divergent. It's a daunting task to put these pieces together in order to discern firsthand narratives from those of third-hand sources and put Mormon and non Mormon accounts together to form one coherent piece. This is a fascinating learning experience. FawnBrodie took on the task of professional success. The results of her study and writing made her immortalized with worldwide fame. Thaddeus Stevens. Scourge of the Southern (1959) The Devil Drives. Thomas Jefferson. An Personal History of Richard Nixon (1974), after his death.
